hi there!
i think this is my fist post since the german community broke down... i've encountered errors using 'dvd shrink' in 're-author mode' due to open gop's and wrong timestamps in the resulting *.vob's. but i managed to figure it out by myself (thanks to a lot of internet research and a sleepless night). and because there was no appropriate solution for me i had to find one by myself. i would like to post my very short and fast 'how to' here because there is no other forum i can post it in. maybe it'll come in handy for someone... 1. use PVA Strumento to demux the .vob to .m2v (<- this is importent because the default setting is set to .mpg) and .ac3 2. use ImagoMPEG Muxer to remux the .m2v and the .ac3 (mutiple sound files can be attached to the video file, it even selects the correct sound files if they are in the same folder by itself) you should be done in under 5mins for a complete main-movie have a nice day! edit: btw: you will need to need to rebuild the .ifo and .bup files for the created .vob. best use for that is IFO Edit all the programs are pretty much self-explaining but if there are questions just ask and i'll try my best to help you.
